When smoking isn't enough, try creative smoking.

Just do something creative during the cig.

Take a picture, make some art, handicrafts,

whatever is creative.

And fast.

Try to be honest with yourself,

it should last only one cig. Just a cig.

And maybe you´ll quit smoking when you find out

that there are plenty of things to do instead. Maybe.
